Alle data die Walter Living gebruikt zijn afkomstig van publieke bronnen, zoals het Kadaster, CBS, RIVM, Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, KCAF en Open data Overheid.
Met zeer krachtige computers checken wij al deze databronnen (en nog meer bronnen) om een goed beeld te schetsen van de waarde van een woning, de waardevastheid en de wijk. Ook berekenen we een veilig opknapbudget en de sterkte van de lokale woningmarkt. Heel belangrijk is de hoogte van het openingsbod. Data kunnen daar hele slimme dingen over zeggen en overleg tussen de klant en de eigen Walter aankoopmakelaar zet dan de puntjes op de i.
Omdat we datasets gebruiken met informatie uit heel Nederland, hebben we dezelfde informatie als een lokale makelaar. Maar de informatie die wij verzamelen gaat nog heel wat verder! Zo gebruiken wij vergelijkingswoningen (referentiepanden) alleen als ook de onderhoudsstaat vergelijkbaar is! Via ‘machine-learning’ kunnen wij namelijk een goede indicatie geven over de staat van onderhoud! Geen enkele andere makelaar of taxateur beschikt over die vergelijkingsgegevens.
