The experience overall was really good. The statistical maps are a great diferencial for buyers, and the AI support is great for both seller and buyers. However, in general the tool is focussed for buyers, I understand its the best approach since there are more buyers then sellers, but its maybe a point for improval.

Our journey started around July or August 2025 when we began searching for a home. Although I know Amstelveen quite well, I had very little understanding of the local housing market. We submitted many bids, lost many bids, and even went through a particularly disappointing situation early on when we thought we had secured a house, only to lose it afterwards.
