Walter Living gives quite good estimation of housing prices and close to the market price, better than other websites like funda, woningstats, huispedia ect, that gives me very good indication when buying/selling houses. Other small things for improvement is that the websites contains quite a lot of options/information and sometime confused myself.

You just get a good idea about the market in the neighborhood! the actual valuation is closer to the condition related value than the desktop value! If you don't want to use a maklaar, then you need this!

The experience overall was really good. The statistical maps are a great diferencial for buyers, and the AI support is great for both seller and buyers. However, in general the tool is focussed for buyers, I understand its the best approach since there are more buyers then sellers, but its maybe a point for improval.
