Je Walter aankoopadviseur doet alles wat een traditionele aankoopmakelaar ook zou doen. Toch heeft Walter een superkracht: een team van datawetenschappers en specialisten die je bij elke stap onderbouwd advies geven. Het enige wat we niet doen is mee gaan tijdens de bezichtiging.
Misschien toch wel het allergrootste verschil is de prijs. Aan een makelaar betaal je courtage, dit is meestal tussen de 1% - 1,5% van de koopsom van een huis. Als jij een huis koopt van € 300.000,- dan betaal je al gauw een bedrag van € 4.500,-. Als de prijs van het huis stijgt, stijgt het bedrag wat jij aan een makelaar moet betalen ook.
Voor Walter betaal je eenmalig een vast bedrag van € 3950,-. Hiervoor krijg je onbeperkte hulp tijdens het bieden op een huis, totdat jij een winnend bod uitbrengt.
Daarnaast is Walter Living niet gebonden aan een stad of regio en kunnen we je helpen met het kopen van elk huis in Nederland (dat te koop staat).
