Als je besluit om jouw huis te verkopen, willen we ervoor zorgen dat je elke vierkante meter hierin meeneemt. Doorloop deze vier stappen om achter het oppervlakte van jouw woning te komen.
Stap 1: Meet het gebruiksoppervlakte
- Meet tussen de binnenmuren.
- Negeer obstakels.
- Bij zolder: tel enkel de vierkante meters mee die hoger zijn dan 1.50 meter en bij minimaal oppervlakte van 4m2.
Voorbeeld: Totale gebruiksoppervlakte = 160m2
Stap 2: Meet overige Inpandige ruimte
- Identificeer niet-woonoppervlakken.
- Bij zolders: meet boven 1,50m, vermijd onder 1.50 meter.
- Kelders met 2 meter hoogte en zonder daglicht tellen mee.
Voorbeeld: Totale inpandige ruimte = 35m2.
Stap 3: Woonoppervlakte Berekenen
- Trek inpandige ruimte af van gebruiksoppervlakte.
Voorbeeld: Woonoppervlakte = 160m2 - 35m2 = 125m2.
Overig: Gebouwgebonden Buitenruimte
- Meet balkons, dakterrassen, etc.
- Let op: Tuinoppervlakte wordt apart gemeten en ingevoerd.
Met deze stappen bepaal je snel en gemakkelijk de netto woonoppervlakte van je huis. Onthoud: tel alleen ruimtes met een duidelijke woonfunctie mee.
