We check all these data sources (and a few more) to paint an accurate picture of the price trend of a house. We use the data to calculate other things, such as a renovation budget, and the strength of the local housing market, and we can even give you the best bidding strategies.
Since we use data from the entire country, we have the all the info a local realtor has and more. We refresh our data every day to make sure you’re always looking at the most recent numbers.
