The reports it generates for a house are very nice to have and can really help you understand the value of homes better so you can place a realistic, but also winning bid. Definitely worth paying a 30€ subscription to save you thousands of euros

The makelaar service provided by Walter Living was amazing, from the moment we first contacted them to the moment (spoiler alert) we go the keys to our first home! I think for us, the most important thing is that we felt they we always on our side. They persued our financial advisor who did not want to move a finger with helping us to remove financial clause with "offer with certainty". They were really smart with making an offer that sellers could not refuse (I think we would have overpaid at least 20K without them). And even after that, got a discount on top of it! And they really went beyond any expectations when we needed to make some changes last moment with our fiancial advisor get a better mortgage deal though it.
