We had a really good experience with Walter Living when buying an apartment in Amsterdam. It was a time when market was heated and it was complex to find a good house. What we (me and my partner) enjoyed about the service was that it was data-based and facts driven in terms of their approach to bidding in comparison with a more traditional bidding with the support of an agent. We actually felt that the price we payed was more reasonable. Additionally, the quality of service is really good: we always received the answers to our questions on time and our digital agent (Emmely van Grinsven) did a great job supporting us through all the intricacies of buying a property in the NL. Everything went well as expected. I've bought a house recently with Walter Living. Had no problems, everything went smooth. Please be aware that you'll never meet your agent in person: they are not present at the viewing, building inspection or the notary. They do check everything remotely though. I've never felt abandoned throughout the whole buying process.

Absolutely amazing! I worked with Emmely and it was my first time buying a house. I think I got lucky partially, but also thanks to the immense help from Emmely, we managed to win the first bid! The communication was very friendly and effective, Emmely usually replied within a couple of hours and was always ready to solve problems. Even beyond that, now that I already signed the deed of transfer with a notary, she is still helping me with closing some final issues that arose during the final inspection. I referred my friend to Walter living and he also won his bid on a house with Emmely!
