Great example of tech enablement I came to WalterLiving on the recommendation of a colleague. Played around with the AI to get a sense of how good the platform is. This is obviously subjective - but I threw everything I could at it - and it reasoned out circumstances and responses really well. Convinced of the tech, I decided to work with humans, at Walter Living. :) I was given fantastic, thoughtful, and prompt responses at every stage. They made the process of identifying the home, negotiating on our behalf, and finding a notary entirely seamless. It genuinely allowed us, as first time buyers and internationals, not to feel overwhelmed and truly understand the process.
