Hi Stephen, Thank you so much for the opportunity to provide feedback about Walter Living, and especially about Lisa. To be honest, I have been looking forward to this moment for quite some time. Our journey started around July or August 2025 when we began searching for a home. Although I know Amstelveen quite well, I had very little understanding of the local housing market. Over the course of our search, Lisa became my go to person. She was practically on my WhatsApp speed dial because I was constantly asking questions, seeking advice, and looking for reassurance. We submitted many bids, lost many bids, and even went through a particularly disappointing situation early on when we thought we had secured a house, only to lose it afterwards. Throughout it all, Lisa was incredibly supportive. She was patient, calm, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Looking back, I think there were moments where I might have lost patience myself, but she never did. One thing I especially appreciated was that we did not really know what we wanted at the start. We thought we were looking for one type of home, but over time our priorities changed. Despite all the changes, questions, and uncertainty, Lisa remained understanding and supportive. She even talked me out of overspending on more than one occasion, which I truly appreciated. In fact, after the purchase was completed, I almost missed our regular conversations because we had been in touch so often throughout the process. Walter Living was a great fit for us. The experience was educational as well as practical. Even though this was already my third home purchase in the Netherlands, I learned a tremendous amount.
