Had another chat Wednesday afternoon and Emmely got in touch with the selling realtor. This turned out to be what likely got us the house, since despite the bidding period only ending Friday morning Emmely was called on Thursday to ask whether her clients were considering a bid, because the selling party was about to finalize early with another party.
