Walter All-in-One covers your entire home-buying journey: property valuation analysis, bidding strategy, offer negotiations, legal document review, appraisal and technical inspection coordination, mortgage support, and guidance until you receive your keys. All for a transparent fee of €2,650 (no cure, no pay) - about half the cost of traditional agents. Costs for the appraisal and inspection are separate and optional.
No, Walter experts don't physically attend viewings - we work 100% online. However, we prepare you thoroughly with viewing checklists, questions to ask, and red flags to watch for. After your viewing, we'll analyze your findings together and help you make an informed decision. This approach keeps our costs down while giving you the flexibility to view properties on your schedule.
Walter All-in-One costs €2,650 (including VAT) with our 'no cure, no pay' guarantee - you only pay when you successfully buy a home. This is typically 50-60% less than traditional agents who charge 1-1.5% of the purchase price. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs. You can also start with a Walter Session (€149) or Walter Plus (€20/month) if you're not ready for full service.
