Great example of tech enablement I came to WalterLiving on the recommendation of a colleague. Played around with the AI to get a sense of how good the platform is. This is obviously subjective - but I threw everything I could at it - and it reasoned out circumstances and responses really well. Convinced of the tech, I decided to work with humans, at Walter Living. :) I was given fantastic, thoughtful, and prompt responses at every stage. They made the process of identifying the home, negotiating on our behalf, and finding a notary entirely seamless. It genuinely allowed us, as first time buyers and internationals, not to feel overwhelmed and truly understand the process. Overall very positive Paco has proven to be very reactive and for sure knowledgeable, guiding us through this complex process and hectic dutch housing market. We appreciated his support, calm and guidance. He followed us from house visit, providing us insight on market value, up to signature at the notary answering every single questions we had, coordinating with seller agent everything, with our financial advisor and supported us contract a notary.
