Great example of tech enablement I came to WalterLiving on the recommendation of a colleague. Played around with the AI to get a sense of how good the platform is. This is obviously subjective - but I threw everything I could at it - and it reasoned out circumstances and responses really well. Convinced of the tech, I decided to work with humans, at Walter Living. :) I was given fantastic, thoughtful, and prompt responses at every stage. They made the process of identifying the home, negotiating on our behalf, and finding a notary entirely seamless. It genuinely allowed us, as first time buyers and internationals, not to feel overwhelmed and truly understand the process. Great experience overall, excellent service, communication and no hidden costs.
