All for a transparent fee of €2,950 (no cure, no pay) - about half the cost of traditional agents. Costs for the appraisal and inspection are separate and optional.
That's up to you. In Almere, Amsterdam, Den Haag, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Leiden, Rotterdam, 't Gooi and Utrecht you can choose to have your dedicated Walter buying agent join you in person at viewings. Everywhere else, or if you'd rather go on your own, we support you remotely: viewing checklists, the right questions to ask, and red flags to watch for, then we go through your findings together afterwards so you can decide with confidence.
Walter All-in-One costs €2,950 (including VAT) with our 'no cure, no pay' guarantee - you only pay when you successfully buy a home. This is typically 50-60% less than traditional agents who charge 1-1.5% of the purchase price. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs. You can also start with Walter Plus (€29/month) if you're not ready for full service.
