Everything went well as expected. I've bought a house recently with Walter Living. Had no problems, everything went smooth. Please be aware that you'll never meet your agent in person: they are not present at the viewing, building inspection or the notary. They do check everything remotely though. I've never felt abandoned throughout the whole buying process.
