• Mostly single-family homes and small apartment blocks from the 1960s–1980s; you won't find much new-build speculation here, prices reflect actual market value rather than developer hype.
• Walking distance to Roosendaal's town centre (10–15 minutes) means supermarkets, restaurants, and services without living in the bustle.
• Car-dependent area with reasonable parking; if you drive, you're not fighting for street space.

• No distinctive local amenities; Herreweg itself is mainly residential with minimal retail or social infrastructure within the street itself.
• Limited cycling infrastructure compared to northern Dutch cities; the terrain is flat but road layout favours cars.
