• Poor cycling and pedestrian infrastructure; the roads prioritise car traffic.
• Limited social infrastructure: no schools, no medical facilities, no cultural venues in Middentil itself.
• Wormer station is on the outer edge; cycling there takes 15+ minutes from central Middentil.
• Monotonous residential area with little visual distinction between streets; it feels like suburban sprawl.
