You just get a good idea about the market in the neighborhood! the actual valuation is closer to the condition related value than the desktop value! If you don't want to use a maklaar, then you need this!

The experience overall was really good. The statistical maps are a great diferencial for buyers, and the AI support is great for both seller and buyers. However, in general the tool is focussed for buyers, I understand its the best approach since there are more buyers then sellers, but its maybe a point for improval.

Our journey started around July or August 2025 when we began searching for a home. Although I know Amstelveen quite well, I had very little understanding of the local housing market. Over the course of our search, Lisa became my go to person. She was practically on my WhatsApp speed dial because I was constantly asking questions, seeking advice, and looking for reassurance. We submitted many bids, lost many bids, and even went through a particularly disappointing situation early on when we thought we had secured a house, only to lose it afterwards. While there are still nuances of the housing market, Walter does a great job in empowering buyers by removing information asymmetry that favors sellers and real estate agents. I always recommend Walter to friends that are going through the same process.
