I used Walter Living Plus and it is great!!! Walter Living gives quite good estimation of housing prices and close to the market price, better than other websites like funda, woningstats, huispedia ect, that gives me very good indication when buying/selling houses. Other small things for improvement is that the websites contains quite a lot of options/information and sometime confused myself.

We had a fantastic experience with Lisa. She was knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Her advice was always practical, and she gave us a lot of confidence when making such an important decision. I really enjoyed using Walterliving, I won the bid with the suggested amount based on the report. It's super helpful that I can find the sales price of all apartments in the neighborhood of the house I am checking on a map witht Funda page of each apartment, great feature! The map of crime rate, noise and air pollution in every neighborhood also provides valuable insight.

I had fun analyzing the housing market with the plus version. The comparison feature gives you an idea of how much other listings in the past were sold for. Under 2 weeks we won a bid! Would recommend to all looking for house.

You just get a good idea about the market in the neighborhood! the actual valuation is closer to the condition related value than the desktop value! If you don't want to use a maklaar, then you need this!

The experience overall was really good. The statistical maps are a great diferencial for buyers, and the AI support is great for both seller and buyers. However, in general the tool is focussed for buyers, I understand its the best approach since there are more buyers then sellers, but its maybe a point for improval.

Our journey started around July or August 2025 when we began searching for a home. Although I know Amstelveen quite well, I had very little understanding of the local housing market. We submitted many bids, lost many bids, and even went through a particularly disappointing situation early on when we thought we had secured a house, only to lose it afterwards. It does a great job in pulling data that is either not really available or available only behind a paywall, organizing that data and providing great insights to understand the market dynamics. While there are still nuances of the housing market, Walter does a great job in empowering buyers by removing information asymmetry that favors sellers and real estate agents. I always recommend Walter to friends that are going through the same process.

The platform is useful in getting important information about the estimate valuation of various properties. You also get a rough estimation of expected buds so you can decide yourself without a need of third party agent. Highly recommended.
