De eindinspectie vindt meestal plaats op de dag van overdracht, vlak voordat je de sleutels krijgt. Het is jouw laatste kans om te controleren of alles in de afgesproken staat is.
Hierbij kijk je of:
- Eventuele afgesproken reparaties zijn uitgevoerd.
- Er is geen nieuwe schade ontstaan sinds je laatste bezoek.
- Vaste elementen, apparaten en andere afgesproken zaken zijn nog aanwezig en functioneren goed.
- Noteer samen met de verkoper of makelaar de standen van de gas-, water- en elektrameters.
Mocht je iets tegenkomen, dan kun je dit nog aankaarten bij de notaris voordat je officieel tekent. Het is een kleine, maar essentiële stap om vervelende verrassingen achteraf te voorkomen.
