With more than 250 purchases in recent years, I know exactly what's happening in the market and what a home is really worth. As a certified real estate agent and Register Valuer, I back every bid with data, so you never overpay. Buying a home doesn't have to be stressful. I used Walter Living Plus and it is great!!! Walter Living gives quite good estimation of housing prices and close to the market price, better than other websites like funda, woningstats, huispedia ect, that gives me very good indication when buying/selling houses. Other small things for improvement is that the websites contains quite a lot of options/information and sometime confused myself.

It's super helpful that I can find the sales price of all apartments in the neighborhood of the house I am checking on a map witht Funda page of each apartment, great feature! The map of crime rate, noise and air pollution in every neighborhood also provides valuable insight.

You just get a good idea about the market in the neighborhood! the actual valuation is closer to the condition related value than the desktop value! If you don't want to use a maklaar, then you need this!
