Walter Plus – Subscription model

You pay per month, starting the moment you upgrade. Cancel anytime, no strings attached.

Walter All-in-One – Full-service support

This is a no-cure, no-pay model. You only pay after you’ve bought your home, at the moment of key handover. No deal? No invoice.

Need an appraisal or technical inspection? These are optional and only billed once arranged.
